Joel Peterson is the Founding Partner of Peterson Partners. Joel has a long history of successful growth capital investments in a variety of industries, including investments through Peterson-affiliated private equity funds. He is Chairman of JetBlue Airways, and serves as a Director of Franklin Covey as well as Bonobos and Ladder Capital. He served formerly as Managing Partner of Trammell Crow Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Joel currently teaches Entrepreneurial Management at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, and serves as Director of the Stanford GSB Center for Leadership Development and Research.
Dan Peterson is currently Managing Partner at Peterson Partners. Prior to joining the firm, he was Managing Director at Z Capital. He has invested in small, growing companies in a wide range of industries, including high-tech, automotive, training and financial services. Dan was previously a Partner at Trammell Crow Company, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Brandon Cope is a Partner at Peterson Partners and he has led numerous investments in small, cash-flowing businesses, and early-stage companies. Prior to joining Peterson, Brandon worked for McKinsey & Company. Brandon has an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
